What is the movie “Borderlands” about?

Lilith (Cate Blanchett) – an infamous outlaw with a mysterious past – reluctantly returns to her home planet Pandora to find the missing daughter of the most powerful villain in the entire galaxy, Atlas (Edgar Ramirez). The heroine finds unexpected allies: Roland (Hart) – a former elite mercenary who now desperately seeks redemption, Tiny Tina (Ariana Greenblatt) – a wild teenager endowed with destructive tendencies, Krieg (Florian Munteanu) – a muscleman protecting Tina, Tannis (Jamie Lee Curtis) – a scientist whose mental health leaves much to be desired, and Claptrap (Jack Black) – a wise-cracking and stubborn as a mule robot. This unlikely group of heroes will be forced to battle monsters and dangerous thugs to find and protect the missing girl, who may hold the key to unimaginable power. The fate of the entire universe rests in their hands.
