The cast of Ari Aster’s new film is truly impressive! Filming for “Eddington” starts in just a few days, with Joaquin Phoenix, Emma Stone, Pedro Pascal, and Austin Butler in front of the cameras.
What do we know about “Eddington,” Ari Aster’s new project?
“Eddington,” Ari Aster’s new project, is described as a contemporary western set during a pandemic. Its protagonists are Lindsay and Marc. While traveling to Los Angeles, just before the titular town in New Mexico, they run out of fuel. They decide to seek help. Initially surprised by the warm welcome from the locals, their idyllic situation turns into a nightmare as night falls.
Principal photography will take place in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The cast also includes Luke Grimes, Deirdre O’Connell, Michael Ward, and Clifton Collins Jr. The entire production is, of course, for A24, with Aster serving as producer, director, and screenwriter. Two-time Oscar nominee Dharius Kjondji is the cinematographer for the production.
