The new photos feature Casey Camp-Horinek as Gran Gran, Danny Pudi as the Mechanist, Sebastian Amoruso as Jet, Arden Cho as June, Maria Zhang as Suki, Tamlyn Tomita as Major Yukari, and Gordon Cormier as Aang.

The action of the series “Avatar: The Last Airbender” takes place in a fantastical land. The Fire Nation is trying to take control of the world, facing resistance from the other earthly nations: the Water Tribes, the Earth Kingdom, and the Air Nomads. In each of these nations, there are benders—people with the power to control one of the four elements. However, only the Avatar, the one who can master all four elements, can save the world. Aang, a twelve-year-old, is the last Airbender and must overcome numerous obstacles to fulfill his enormous responsibility.

The cast includes Gordon Cormier as Aang, Kiawentiio as Katara, Ian Ousley as Sokka, and Dallas Liu as Zuko.

The showrunner, writer, and executive producer of “Avatar” is Albert Kim (“Sleepy Hollow,” “Nikita”). The series is being produced for the Netflix streaming platform.
