Ezra Miller: Court overturns restraining order; The Flash star falsely accused

Looks like Ezra Miller’s troubles are over. After Friday’s hearing, a Massachusetts court lifted a restraining order against a 12-year-old child actor who was accused of misconduct towards him.

Ezra Miller falsely accused? Court lifts restraining order

Shannon Guin accused the “Flash” star of threatening her family and behaving improperly towards her non-binary child. However, she decided not to file formal charges against the actor. Furthermore, lawyer Marissa Elkins, representing Ezra Miller, claims that their acquaintance with the young person was initiated by Guin. She emphasizes that Miller was never alone with the child and, apart from two brief meetings where several other adults were also present, had no contact with the child. The lawyer also denied rumors that Miller brought weapons to these meetings, as claimed by the child’s mother.

The restraining order sought by Shannon Guin on behalf of her minor child was based on false allegations, according to Elkins. This was frustrating for Ezra, as Guin made false accusations when they were struggling with serious mental health issues and were unable to appear in court to defend against unsubstantiated claims. Elkins is confident that if Ezra could have appeared in court last year and presented the truth about their very limited interactions, the original ruling would never have been issued.

Ezra Miller issued a statement addressing the matter.

“I am heartened by today’s ruling and very grateful to everyone who stood by me and tried to ensure that this egregious abuse of the restraining order system was stopped,” the actor wrote. “Protective laws are designed to keep people, families, and children safe when they are in danger. They cannot be used by those seeking attention or fleeting tabloid fame. Nor can they be used as a tool of revenge when there are people who genuinely need them. I have been unfairly and directly attacked by someone who has a proven history of manipulation and destructive actions.”

Barry’s only hope of saving the world he inhabits and returning to the familiar future lies in a race for his life. But will the ultimate sacrifice be enough to restore the original course of events?
