The “Fast & Furious” series is approaching its grand finale. It’s no wonder fans are feeling nostalgic, and a touching reunion awaits them.
After 25 years, the “Fast & Furious” series will reach its conclusion in 2026. “Fast & Furious 11” will mark the end of the main series, and Vin Diesel and his co-stars are likely to deliver an emotionally charged performance. The main actor and producer of the action franchise made this clear himself.
Via Instagram, the actor who plays Dominic Toretto shared a video featuring a truly special car:

The car in question is the Toyota Supra that Dom’s crew restored for Brian O’Connor (Paul Walker) in the very first “Fast & Furious” movie from 2001. At the end of the film, Brian gave the car to Dom because he owed him a 10-second car due to a lost race, which allowed Dom to escape.
It’s no surprise that this iconic Toyota Supra is loaded with emotions and nostalgia, especially after Paul Walker’s tragic accident in 2013. How exactly the car will feature in “Fast & Furious 11” is not revealed in Vin Diesel’s video. Since Brian is still officially alive in the franchise, there is a theoretical possibility of bringing him back. Scenes with him were created using special effects and Paul Walker’s brothers, Caleb and Cody, in “Fast & Furious 7.” However, many fans feel that the farewell was perfect, and the series might not benefit from bringing Brian back for the grand finale.

At the beginning, he talks about having had an incredible day of filming – but officially, cameras have not started rolling for “Fast & Furious 11” yet. Director Louis Leterrier is currently occupied with the horror film “11817,” and according to him, filming for the final car-action film will only begin on September 16, 2024.
However, preparations for “Fast & Furious 11” have recently started. In another Instagram post, Vin Diesel shed some light on the matter: he is currently training his driving skills for the grand finale:
