Jujutsu Kaisen is an anime series adapted from the manga by Gege Akutami.

Jujutsu Kaisen tells the story of a high school student named Yuji Itadori, who joins a secret organization called Jujutsu Sorcerers.

Yuji joined the organization to kill the cruel curse named Ryomen Sukuna that was inside his body.

The first season of Jujutsu Kaisen aired in October 2020. The anime series has garnered significant interest due to its lovable characters, stunning animation, and epic battles.

Jujutsu Kaisen Season 2 will continue the story from the first season, focusing on the conclusion of the Gojo’s past arc and the Shibuya Incident.

The Gojo’s past arc can be read in manga chapters 65 to 79, while the Shibuya Incident arc spans chapters 79 to 135.

These two arcs will provide answers to the major questions that arose in the first season.

During the Jump Festa ’23 event, Jujutsu Kaisen finally announced the broadcast date for its second season.

Fans can embark on Yuji’s journey once again in July 2023. Jujutsu Kaisen Season 2 will consist of 24 episodes, just like the first season.

Mappa, the studio behind the Jujutsu Kaisen animation, released a teaser trailer for the second season at the Jump Festa ’23 event. The trailer showcases the character designs for the important figures in Gojo’s past arc.

However, Mappa is currently tight-lipped about the specific details of their newest animation for Jujutsu Kaisen Season 2.
