The spin-off was supposed to tell the story of the group Ciri meets at the end of Season 3: six teenage thieves using their criminal skills to pull off their biggest heist against the kingdom’s most dangerous crime syndicate. Directed by Mairzee Almas with a script by Haily Hall, the cast included Dolph Lundgren, Ben Radcliffe, Christelle Elwin, Fabian McCallum, Aggy K. Adams, Juliette Alexandra, and Connor Crawford.
According to What’s on Netflix, the filmed material wasn’t scrapped. Instead, Netflix decided to reassemble it into a feature film. Its premiere is expected to coincide with the debut of The Witcher Season 4, which launches on October 30.
