Ryan Reynolds Presents Fans with a New Photo from the Set of “Deadpool 3”

Ryan Reynolds has shared a new photo from the set of the spectacle “Deadpool 3” on Instagram. The film is set to hit cinema screens on July 26, 2024. Onscreen, alongside Reynolds in the title role, we will also see Hugh Jackman reprising his role as Wolverine.

What Do We Know About “Deadpool 3“?

“Deadpool 3” will be the first Deadpool film shot after the acquisition of 20th Century Fox by Disney. Fans concerned that joining the Marvel universe means a PG-13 rated “Deadpool” were reassured by Kevin Feige some time ago. The head of Marvel Studios assured that the third installment will retain its R rating.

It seems that apart from Wolverine and Dogpool, the film will feature Victor Creed, also known as Sabretooth. Interestingly, the villain more closely resembles his incarnation from Bryan Singer’s “X-Men” (2000), where he was played by Tyler Mane. Recall that Deadpool and Sabretooth met in the film “X-Men Origins: Wolverine,” where he was played by Liev Schreiber.

The film is directed by Shawn Levy. The director has previously collaborated with Ryan Reynolds. The gentlemen have made two films together. The first was “Free Guy” (2021), and the second “The Adam Project” (2022). Additionally, Levy’s filmography includes “Night at the Museum” (2006), “Real Steel” (2011), “The Internship” (2013), and the series “Stranger Things” (Levy directed 6 episodes).

“Deadpool 3” is the only Marvel cinematic spectacle planned for next year.

Let’s remember that the two previous films about the hero’s adventures have grossed over one and a half billion dollars worldwide in cinemas.
